Business Migration

The Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Government, through its Business Migration Program, seeks quality applications for nomination from business people who have owned or managed a successful business overseas and wish to settle in Canberra and establish businesses that will employ local residents, add value to the ACT economy and introduce significant investment funds. Nominations are available for provisional (4-year) or permanent visas.

Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC)

The Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) requires that all applicants for these visa categories be sponsored by an Australian State or Territory. In addition, applicants must meet a range of other DIAC criteria to be eligible. Full details are available on the DIAC website www.immi.gov.au.External Link All applicants should ensure they meet the stated DIAC criteria before applying to the ACT Government for nomination.
