Canberra BusinessPoint 2008 Business Awards

Nominate your business now for the inaugural Canberra BusinessPoint 2008 Business Awards.

Canberra BusinessPoint was launched in July 2007 as a new, innovative and free service designed to deliver end-to-end advisory services for start-up businesses, young businesses, entrepreneurs, exporters and established enterprises.

The awards will recognise and reward the significant achievements of small businesses in the ACT. There are eight categories:

• Innovation and Commercialisation Award (for businesses less than two years old as of 31 December 2007);
• Innovation and Commercialisation Award (for businesses two or more years old as of 31 December 2007);
• Employee Growth Award (for businesses less than two years old as of 31 December 2007);
• Employee Growth Award (for businesses two or more years old as of 31 December 2007);
• Sales Growth Award (for businesses two or more years old as of 31 December 2007);
• Business Plan Award (for businesses less than two years old as of 31 December 2007);
• Emerging Exporter Award; and
• Emerging Entrepreneur Award.

Entries close at 5 pm on Wednesday 30 April 2008. Winners will be announced during an award ceremony and cocktail event being held at Dendy Cinemas on Wednesday 28 May 2008.
