Monday 12 September 2016Canberra Region Local Industry Participation Policy

From 1 January 2017, the Canberra Region Local Industry Participation Policy will require ACT Government to consider every opportunity for competitive local businesses, including Small and Medium Enterprises, when awarding contracts. Dr Ceridwen Fraser has been named 2016 ACT Scientist of the Year. Dr Fraser's internationally renowned research looks at how plants and animals respond to past climate change, which has important implications for how we manage biodiversity and ecosystems now and into the future. Thursday 7 July 2016Film produced in CBR to premiere at Melbourne International Film Festival

Joe Cinque's Consolation will premiere at the 2016 Melbourne International Film Festival. The feature film adapted from a notorious Australian murder case is billed as a major drawcard at this year's festival.
