Business and Industry Development is committed to helping business grow locally, nationally and internationally by nurturing, supporting and accelerating entrepreneurship in our community, through a variety of assistance programs targeted at all levels of business and business needs.
Business and Industry Development is actively involved in supporting the growth and skills of Canberra's small and medium business sector by facilitating business communication and information flow, offering targeted business support and assistance programs and streamlining the business regulatory environment. These activities will help Canberra's existing and new entrepreneurs respond to, and benefit from continuing changes in a dynamic global business environment and build on the vision of the ACT as an intelligent hub engaged in the development of knowledge based industries of the future.
