INTERNATIONAL STUDENT AMBASSADORS HEAR CANBERRA STORY

Student Ambassadors have attended their second official program function, The Canberra Story. Attendees were entertained and informed by Dr David Headon, a prominent Canberra historian who presented a dynamic overview of the history of Canberra. Professor John Warhurst, a leading Australian Political Scientist based at the ANU also provided an insightful story on Canberra, the political capital and Australian government. Mary Porter MLA attended and provided an overview of the ACT political system and its history. At the conclusion of the event, Ms Porter formally presented the students with their Ambassador badges.
