NATIONAL MANAGER APPOINTED TO WOMEN IN GLOBAL BUSINESS INITIATIVE

Following the recent launch of the Whole of Government National Women in Global Business Initiative, a National Manager has been appointed to establish and deliver the program.

The ACT Government is a Territory stakeholder in partnership with Austrade, and through BID, has contributed $20,000 over a two year period to assist fund the national manager position, as well as implement and deliver a range of events and activities including a national web site. In the ACT context, this will be particularly beneficial to a number of ACT female exporters, given there are currently no specifically targeted programs in this jurisdiction.
