FIRST YEAR INTERNATIONAL STUDENT AMBASSADOR PROGRAM A SUCCESS
The international Student Ambassador Program (ISAP) Steering Committee, met in November to evaluate the 2010 program and plan for 2011. The annual report for the program was tabled and the feedback on the first year of the program was very positive. The results of a survey undertaken with the 21 student participants was supportive of the program and put forward a number of suggestions for improvement that will be incorporated into the 2011 program. An alumni of International Student Ambassadors is being formed and it will interact with the new cohort for 2011 - largely through the webs site that has been built by the students. The Steering Committee will meet quarterly throughout 2011 to monitor the program and the committee will include a Student Ambassador to get first hand feedback.
