BUSINESS CONNECTIONS WITH AFRICA

An African delegation including the African Deputy Minister for Economic Development and officials from the Canberra-based South African High Commission, recently met with Business and Industry Development in Canberra to discuss business and economic development. The delegation was also seeking guidance for the Australian Government's Foreign Investment Review Board processes, and an understanding on State and Commonwealth approaches to mining industry regulation and taxation.
