CANBERRA'S STRATSEC NAMED AUSTRALIA'S BEST BUSINESS
Canberra company stratsec has been named as Australia's best business, winning the coveted Australian Business of the Year Award at this year's National Telstra Business Awards.
The organisation is the most awarded information security consulting firm in Australia, winning awards ranging from overall business excellence, to fast growth, to export success, to success in federal government markets.
This award follows on from being named Telstra's 2010 ACT Business of the Year, as well as recognition in the ACT Chief Minister's Export Awards.
stratsec is very much a Canberra success story. Over the last 7 years stratsec has grown from a startup to become Australia's largest and leading information security consulting firm, with an export presence in more than 20 countries including USA, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, UK and France.
stratsec recently signed a formal agreement in Canberra with CyberSecurity Malaysia to provide security consulting, testing and research services, placing stratsec as the first Australian company to set up operations under the Malaysian Government's Common Criteria Certification and Evaluation Scheme - a global benchmark for IT security.
