BIG RESEARCH IDEAS @ WORK—4 AUGUST 2010
Sparks will fly in a battle of intellect. Join ABC's James O'Loghlin as he hosts a battle of ideas. Watch as five up-and-coming early career researchers from some of Canberra’s leading institutions do battle. Each will be scrutinized by a live panel of judges to choose the most illuminating idea. Research ideas will be on display at a networking event after the forum. Participating organisations are CSIRO, NICTA, ANU, UC, Engineers Australia and ADFA. Judges on the night include: Professor Margaret Sheil, CEO, Australian Research Council; David Gammell, Venture Capital Partners; and Murray Rankin, Founder of the Distillery.
