FAIR WORK WEBSITE FOR SMALL BUSINESS
A website is now online providing information for small businesses on the new Commonwealth Fair Work legislation.
The Fair Work for Small Business site is funded by the Australian Government. The site has been established by the Council of Small Business of Australia, Workforce Guardian and Telstra Business.
It provides an online one-stop-shop for education and information for small businesses on the Fair Work Act.
Fair Work for Small Business provides free information including: online webinars, email newsletters, online guides and informative whitepapers.
Topics include the broad provisions of the Fair Work legislation, unfair dismissal, compliance issues and collective bargaining.
